It’s time for the 2021 Adult/Teen Summer Reading Challenge! Let’s read and connect with the library together!

Over the summer, between June 15th and July 27th, 2021, complete activities from the Summer Reading Challenge sheet. For each square you cross off on the activity sheet you get an entry into our prize giveaways!

How to participate:

• Pick up a copy of the activity sheet at the library or print one using the link above.
• Dive into a fun summer of reading, listening, and connecting with Whiting Library by completing the activities on the sheet.
• Use the hashtag #whitinglibrary to post photos of your summer reading challenge on Instagram to @whitinglibrary or share on Facebook to @WhitingLibraryChesterVT. Let’s all share our reading adventures this summer!
• When the challenge time is up, send us an email with the list of activities you did to whitinglibrary1@gmail.com. Or you can take a picture of your completed activity sheet and email it to us. Or you can drop your completed activity sheet off at the library by July 27th, 2021.
• Remember, we will need your name and contact information to put you in the drawing for the prize giveaway!

Prize drawings:

• You receive one entry for each activity you complete on the sheet. If you do all the activities that’s 20 chances to win. Wowee!!
• There are two $50 gift cards to Shaw’s Supermarket that you can win!
• The drawings for prizes will be held on July 30th, 2021 and winners will be contacted shortly thereafter.

Rules:

• You may fill out only one sheet.
• You can enter a maximum of 20 entries.
• The challenge ends July 27th, 2021.
• You need a Whiting Library account in order to win. Accounts are free for Chester and Andover residents, so sign up today!
