In this workshop, we will go over preparing and cooking apples into applesauce. We will also demonstrate how to use the water bath canning method to safely preserve your applesauce so that it can be stored in your pantry and enjoyed all year.
Celeste Longacre is the author of Celeste’s Garden Delights. She is an accomplished gardener, growing most of her family’s vegetables for 40 years.
