Animals On The Move
Animals move in all kinds of ways. Walking, trotting, running, jumping, flying, swimming,  crawling and slithering. How do you move? Can you walk like a bear or fly like an eagle? We’ll take a closer look at animal tracks and much more to discover the different types of animals and their movements.

This will be an outdoor event, rain date TBD. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing to keep kids safe!

The Nature Museum is a regional resource for nature, science, and environmental education in the Vermont and New Hampshire communities of the Connecticut River Valley. The Museum provides information and experiences that engage and enlighten our audiences and inspire stewardship of the natural world. Thanks to the generous support from Great River Hydro, The Nature Museum is excited to once again bring free environmental education programming to public libraries throughout the Middle Connecticut River Valley and the Bellows Falls Fish Ladder and Visitor Center during the summer of 2021. These programs aim to be engaging and highlight topics related to the unique ecology and landscape of Northern New England. Unplug, discover, and learn!
