The Whiting Library Board of Trustees has approved the addition of Thursday hours starting February 6, 2025, when Whiting Library will be open from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. every Thursday.

As part of Whiting Library’s commitment to fostering education and lifelong learning, these five hours each week is a 28 increase in our open hours and will offer additional opportunities and provide patrons of all ages and abilities greater access to the library’s materials, resources, and programs.

Mondays: CLOSED

Tuesdays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesdays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Thursdays: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Fridays: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sundays: CLOSED
